A small release which addresses some problems with the game.

Changelog:

• Fixed crash when spawning Reformed Argentina, Monteserrat, or Unitary Brazil.
• Fixed crash when in peace treaty due to failing to cache image of buttons.
• Fixed bug where Iranian republic and Joeseon did not have unique colors.
• Fixed bug where frontlines where still being displayed after a peace treaty.
• Fixed bug where wrong name rendered on buttons in the peace treaty.
• The camera can now be controlled with arrow keys.
