Good game, has a couple bugs, when i invade somewhere like Jamaica that has a city but no port and is only one tile, any units i land there are now stuck and cant go anywhere else. Also when i helped canada put down a rebellion, the conflict never ended and now canada has 40 divisions roaming around it's country trying to find the rebels that are all dead.
Keep up the good work though!

Hey, when you call on an ally to attack a certain country and then turn that country into a puppet after winning, that ally will be stuck there. For example, if I call on Mexico to attack Spain and then turn Spain into a puppet, Mexico's division will be stuck in Spain.And if the division has moved somewhere it will not be on its territory to defend the country

could you be a little more clear on the download process? i start up main, then I run the game anyway, but sometthing goes wrong and i get popups that say that the destination file cant be reached pls hel
You probably did not extract the game folder from the .zip file.
could you nerf the bots a bit? when i declared war on the allies on the ww2 map, france instantly spawned a few hundred division, and poland spawns around 100. the reason might be because they may have so many tiles in africa. the solution to this might be to add population to the tiles e.g a random tile in the saharan desert will have maybe a few thousand but a european tile will have a few hundred thousand and millions for cities

The game only supports windows, it's not working because mac devices can't run executables. You can get around this by running the game on a virtual machine.

I use virtualbox for running linux virtual machines, I don't know if that would be good for running a windows virtual machine on a mac system. There's lots of good tutorials on how to do it online.

I say this in good faith, but I saw a YouTube video of the game, and I don't think it is fair that divisions can easily waltz over oceans without any navy mechanics holding them, or separate navy units which can only be built in ports. This is just a friendly suggestion, thanks.
Absolutely love it when my HUNDREDS of divisions with buffs gets bogged down by 2-5 divisions and even get beaten back :/ Dont understand the logistics
There is no deselect in this game for some reason now i have to make sure i pause the game every time i drag left-click around the map
Like alot of ppl said, why isnt there any insta pause and play, so annoying having to spam press the +/- just to pause it quickly
And also why can the AI insta- deploy max troops and we can't?
Whether or not you have hundreds of divisions, you will still loose assuming you don't have enough factories to supply them.
Both suggestions are coming in the next update.
The AI trains troops and then doesn't immediately deploy them until you go to war. The idea behind having them have max army per population at the start of the game is so that you focus on infrastructure in the early game while you wait for your military to build up.
Add the Vaps movement.
could you estimate the most amount of time it will take for the update to come out?
I`ve encountered a couple of bugs and weaknesses and will not remember them all, but i`ll try to list as many as possible.
When you attack an enemy army (a bunch of stacked divisions), they suddenly bust all over your screen as they unstack (but remain in the same province, taking up a lot of space on your screen (they dont even fit on it, lol).
When in an alliance, countries either dont have military access to their allies and are not able to go through or bots just go stupid and straight up do not attack for whatever reason.
Sometimes countries will land an army on an enemy island without a port built on it, so they will never be able to get out(because bots dont build them for some reason, or build them too rarely and randomly).
Bots dont build ports (and maybe factories too). Or i`ve just never noticed them doing so. But they surely dont build ports. And if they do, they dont build them where they should/it would benefit them/get their armies off of that damn island/locked land. In my latest playthrough USA landed three hundred divisions on an island in Hawaii to crush the communist rebels and never got their army out, so when Texas rebelled it rolled through US mainland like a lawnmover and i`ve got to witness the sheer beauty of the great Texan state as it made the US capitulate while it had three times more divisions stuck on an island in the middle of nowhere.
It would be neat if you made the frontlines mechanic from HOI4 possible, because otherwise the micromanagement is kinda like in AoH2 and you need to command each division stack manually while pausing and unpausing the game, trying to make sure there is no breach in your defense that the bot can exploit (it will be also awesome if you add a keybind to insta-pause and un-pause the game, always clicking + and - to do so is kinda annoying).
Also, i hope it will be possible to make/load in your own maps (like, straight up fictional ones, Westeros for example) and nations, it would be mad awesome if you`d make a map and civ editor like in AoH2/3 or tell us how we can implement our nations and maps into the game via the code.
No hate tho, this is a letter of love to it and not of hate. I absolutely love this game and hope to see it improve and live on. I`ve never got the patience to finish an HOI4 tutorial, so this game is a savior to an unscratched itch that demands a simple HOI-like game experience. Please, do update and continue improving the game, it has a great potential.
Also, when playing as a faction leader, you cannot invite nations that you do not share a border with into your faction, nor can you unlock a focus (Territorial expansion) that allows you to do that, because to unlock a focus (The New Order) that precedes it you need to not be a member of any faction, which you are as a leader of one.
Also, please make it possible to drag-n-move the screen, at least in the focus tree menu.
Also, faction and nation stats displayed in the pop-up menu on the left would be nice. Regions, population, divisions, factories, capital city. And adding a toggle to check factions stats in the f5, f6, f7 and the f8 menus too.

I took over most of europe as germany in ww2, but when i attack someone in the allies the game crashes, is this being fixed or has this not happend before, of you need i can give you the save file

hey can u redo Jamaica? because i didn't save my game from the beginning and almost did a world conquest, but since Jamaica has only 1 province and for some reason i couldn't build a port i put all my troops on it... and they were all stuck.
I've made it in the next update so that you don't need ports to move divisions onto water on 1 tile islands. This should fix the problem.
thanks. but i also have another problem. the game does randomly crash, and one time it was because it didn't see an alliance that i killed. also russia, china, the us, canada, uk, ect. keep having territories rebel. and it kinda ruins the aesthetic. also would it be to much to ask for stability loss when refusing to allow a nation to become independent? thanks
also i notice some borders in the modern day, and ect. are worng, like the southern region of pakistan being indian. is that because of how you made the game, or was it an accident? also vassals?

can you add ai generals who handle other parts of the fronline if you have a huge frontline
great game tho the ai is too hard and for non english speakers theres a language barrier also theres no mac support the good things about this game is that its easy to learn the game controls nicely and the senarios are fun you should add a 1498 start date just as colonization starts and make difficulty settings like easy, med, hard, etc but the games good where it is
This is a great game, I love playing it, but I have one issue. I'll have like 200 units and attack a force much weaker than mine, but I'll lose and get pushed out of enemy territory every single time, no matter what. The battle doesn't last long either, even on the lowest speed. It's just an instant loss.
Is this designed or just a bug?
It's possible that you're having supply problems. Money is needed to attack, and if you run out, you will loose every battle. This scales with the number of divisions in battle. Try building more factories.
The biome you're fighting on can also add modifiers to attack / defense. Check to see if that's causing problems as well.
This has happened with different countries, and it seems as if I am out of money each time, so that probably is the problem. However, I'm always out of money no matter how many factories I have.
Is there a good Units:Factories ratio?
You cant unselect units unless they move
Front lines are soooo needed, This is very important
All Countries do nothing about separatists. And China always has separatists even in early game in the Modern Day scenario
Countries dont declare war-on the Player unless you have occupied land i think which rarely happens because you can only Annex entire countries in a peace deal
And speaking of that let us get individual tiles in a peace deal
China inherently makes a faction in the Modern Day and always invites India and Vietnam and others in the Modern Day Scenario in every game this would happen.

All of these problems are being addressed in the next update. Although, China building a faction in that way is intentional, as they're roughly even when fighting NATO, Mexico, and North Africa.

I love this game but there is a big issue I consistently come across, whenever I have troops on an island I cant move them. In one of my saves I had a 138 troop on an island and I couldnt get them off, I also cant find a way to disband them, so they were taking most of my manpower.
This is being addressed in the next update.
When an ai country is in a civil war and you attack one of the sides in a civil war, they won't capitulate no matter what causing you to get stuck in a constant war and no matter what no peace treaties will appear

I love this game. The only issue I found is that my troops will get stuck in my ally's territory and I can't build a port to send them back home.
i have no idea why but sometimes after battles entire divisions will just vanish. also alot of the time divisions that don't just vanish are stuck in there until i request military access

As of right now, you cannot annex specific regions. This is a feature coming in the next update though.

Is there a way I can translate this? Since my native language is not English, I have limitations in using this game. So, if possible, I would like to translate this game into Korean, my native language. If you know how, can you tell me? (I hope Google Translator can properly translate what I want to say)
How do independence rebellions work? Is there a stabilty threshold for them to fire? How do I know what tag and where would spawn?
You should add the ability to disband armies. Civil wars with low men suck because the enemy always has more troops
How to save the game?
Pressing escape will bring up a menu, press "save," "new save," then type in the name of your save and press "okay."
